Beauty sleep: facts and myths


The phrase you hear quite often, but do not have a full understanding what it is: a dream of beauty. We usually use this phrase to make a joke, but the beauty sleep is actually a real thing and I think everyone should have. However, most people misunderstand the phrase dream of beauty.

Most of us think that if you are sleeping at any time, but the night - you are having a dream of beauty. That's so not true! The beauty sleep is actually included in your night's sleep, yet not everyone gets it. Your body needs to have a bedtime routine, go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Only in this case, you will get your beauty sleep.

I do not believe in this illusion that if you get your beauty sleep, which of course is going to be beautiful. Persons who are not usually bedtime routine look at the tires, because his body is tired of life-changing pace. Those that get their beauty sleep look fresh and full of energy. Inadequate sleep can affect your weight too. While you sleep, your body reduces stress hormones, which are important for fat loss. That means you get the sleep hormones are lost less weight and is in danger of getting.

The skin is also very sensitive to changes in your sleep. Body uses sleep time to restore the dead skin. If you do not get enough sleep, your skin may look pale or gray, even black circles probably get under your eyes. All you have to do to avoid these unwanted effects is to set the time each day sleeping.

You should take care of their sleep quality as well. If you have nightmares or after a night to sleep still feel tired, try something like meditation music before bed (you may leave it on while sleeping) or have a hot aromatic bath before going to bed. If this does not help, is very stressed or have some serious health problems and you should seek professional help.

To take advantage of the beauty of the dream to the fullest, creams and lotions for your body at night, exercise to get up and eat healthy at least for breakfast. Try to control your stress out car and do not receive, so that his body would not be very busy at night and you could have a better rest.
